Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you access or use StatMindX during the open beta.
1. The service
StatMindX provides sports statistics, research tools, analytical views, saved research, and community features. The service is currently in open beta, so features, data coverage, availability, and presentation may change as the platform develops.
2. Research information, not advice
StatMindX is an informational research product. Statistics, models, comparisons, trends, predictions, and community content do not constitute betting, financial, investment, or other professional advice. No result, forecast, profitability, accuracy level, or future outcome is guaranteed.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and using your account only as permitted. Access may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn where necessary to protect the service, other users, data providers, or applicable legal rights.
4. Acceptable use
You must not scrape or systematically extract the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, interfere with platform operation, probe for unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, or use StatMindX for unlawful activity. Automated access is permitted only where StatMindX explicitly provides or authorizes it.
5. Data, software, and intellectual property
The StatMindX interface, software, branding, original research presentation, and derived platform features are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Sports data, logos, names, and other third-party material may originate from external providers or rights holders and remain subject to their respective rights and restrictions.
6. Beta access, support, and future paid plans
Registered beta access is currently provided without a paid plan. Optional support contributions do not unlock features, create a subscription, or change account entitlements. Weekly and monthly fixed-term paid plans are planned from January 2027. Any paid price, duration, included access, and payment method will be shown before purchase. Plans are not intended to renew automatically unless StatMindX clearly states otherwise before purchase.
7. Community content
Users remain responsible for content they publish through Community features. StatMindX may moderate, hide, withdraw, or restrict content or accounts where required for platform safety, legal compliance, integrity, or abuse prevention.
8. Availability and changes
StatMindX is provided on an “as available” basis. Data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable, and beta functionality can change without notice. We may update these terms as the service evolves; the effective date above identifies the current version.
9. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StatMindX is not responsible for losses arising from decisions made solely on platform information, third-party data errors, service interruption, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
