Privacy Policy

How StatMindX handles account information, security data, saved work, and product-usage information.

1. Information we process

Depending on how you use StatMindX, we may process registration details, email-verification status, password hashes, account and entitlement information, session and security metadata, consent records, saved research, Community activity, referral information, support interactions, and product-usage events.

2. Sports research data

Selections, filters, saved workspaces, watchlists, research-board items, preparation settings, and Community publications may be stored so that requested features work across sessions. Sports statistics displayed by StatMindX are generally about teams, players, fixtures, and competitions rather than the personal information of the account holder.

3. Why we use information

We process information to create and operate accounts, authenticate users, secure the platform, enforce access rules and rate limits, provide requested analytics, preserve saved work, support Community features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, understand feature usage, communicate service messages, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.

4. Service providers

Transactional email is currently delivered through Postmark. Hosting, infrastructure, monitoring, payment, support, or other service providers may process limited information when those services are enabled and only as needed to provide the relevant function.

5. Retention and security

StatMindX uses measures such as password hashing, restricted administrative access, session controls, CSRF protection, audit records, and access logging. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, legal obligations, or other legitimate operational purposes.

6. Your account choices

Supported account-data export and deletion controls are available from the Account area. You may also contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, or other eligible privacy actions. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, or legitimate record-keeping purposes.

7. Product analytics

Feature interactions and operational events may be recorded to understand usage, diagnose failures, improve the product, and prioritize development. StatMindX does not sell personal data to advertisers.

8. International processing and third-party links

Infrastructure or service providers may process information in different countries subject to their service arrangements and applicable data-protection requirements. StatMindX may link to third-party services; their own privacy terms apply when you leave StatMindX.
