Compare players only after making their role, sample and peer context visible.
How to use it
Read average with opportunity
Use games, minutes and starts to understand why two averages may represent different roles.
Use percentile as peer context
Percentile shows relative standing in the configured cohort, not the probability of a future result.
Pair efficiency with volume
Read shooting percentages together with attempts because similar percentages can come from very different offensive roles.
Treat USG% as role information
Higher usage shows a larger offensive share, not automatic evidence that one player is better.
What the important terms mean
Relative position among eligible comparison players for the same metric and context.
Number of qualifying games behind a displayed average.
Percentages describe efficiency; attempts describe how frequently the shot or action occurred.
