Using Basketball Discover

How to use it
Read the rule on the card
Every card includes “Surfaced because” so you can see the threshold, rank or contrast that triggered it.
Separate Team and Player Discover
Team Discover looks for team deviations, venue splits, streaks and matchup conflicts. Player Discover looks for recent player movement and player-vs-opponent context.
Open evidence
The card is a discovery pointer. Open the linked team, player or Game Preparation surface before drawing a conclusion.
Save only useful findings
Save a finding to Research Board when you want to preserve the exact surfaced context for later investigation.

Difference between the recent window and the team or player’s own season baseline.
A recent offensive strength meeting a statistically strong suppression profile or permissive allowance profile.
When the new season lacks enough completed data, historical pattern analysis may use a previous stable season while upcoming fixtures still come from the selected fixture season.
